用法 Usage

Note: Your personal information is processed only on your device, and will not be saved or sent to the server.

1. 下載Google瀏覽器 / Download Google Chrome from the App Store

2. 於此網頁的下方填入個人資訊並點選"產生"，再點選"複製至剪貼簿" / Fill your personal information in the page and click "Generate", then click "Copy to Clipboard" to copy the entire code

3. 以Google瀏覽器打開任意網頁(例如：Google首頁) / Open any webpage in Google Chrome(ex: Google Search)

4. 點選Google瀏覽器右下的，選 "新增書籤" 或 "編輯書籤" / Click the at bottom right, then select add "Bookmark" or "Edit Bookmark"

5. 在網址旁點選將網址全部刪除，再於同一欄位貼上這邊產生的書籤程式碼，建議將"名稱"修改為其他文字如：檢疫系統自動輸入 / Click to delete the entire URL, and paste the code generated on this website. Change the "Name" to something like... Quarantine Autofill

6. 按完成，以儲存書籤 / "Done" to save the Bookmark

A. 用Google瀏覽器打開檢疫系統網頁 / Open the Quarantine System in Google Chrome https://hdhq.mohw.gov.tw/Default4

B. 進入資料頁面網頁後，點選右下的，選 "書籤"，選擇剛剛第5步設定的名稱，就...填好了！(第二頁資料頁重覆此步驟) / After you are at the information page, Click the at bottom right, then select "Bookmarks". Choose the Bookmark name you entered in Step 5, then ... you are all set! (Repeat this step in the second page needs autofill)

(Android手機須在檢疫系統頁面點選網址列，搜尋剛剛命名的書籤名稱才會執行 / Android users should search the saved Bookmark name directly on the URL bar.)
